All of our artists ship their artwork to your home directly. If a piece arrives damaged, please document the damage and reach out to us immediately.  If the damage is salvageable,  the artist is responsible for taking the item back, fixing it and shipping it back, at no cost to the buyer.  If the artwork cannot be fixed, you will be issued a full refund.


We do not offer returns or exchanges on artwork.  We go to great lengths to ensure the that imagery you see on our site is true to the physical piece in terms of size, color, materials and shape.  If you feel the item you have purchased was not accurately depicted online, please reach out to shopyourpiece@gmail.com and we are happy to review your purchase and resolve the issue.
